- What is the difference between BASIC and CITY collections?
- CITY collections are tied to a specific city and often linked to community voting. BASIC collections are brand-wide merch drops not limited to one city. EXCLUSIVE is a merch class for limited, special runs.
- How does voting work?
- Each city can host a photo voting collection. Creators upload vertical photos; the community votes. When a voting period ends, the winning photo can become the design for that city's merch drop.
- What are delivery times?
- Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Italy orders are typically faster than international shipping. Exact timelines depend on your address and carrier.
