PASTAEBASTA — REFUND POLICY (MVP STAGE)

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for orders placed through the PASTAEBASTA platform during its MVP (early) stage.

1. CURRENT ORDERING PROCESS

At this stage, PASTAEBASTA does not operate a fully automated online store.Orders are processed manually as follows:1.- The user submits a request to order a product (e.g., T-shirt or merch);2.- The Company sends a payment link via email or other communication channel. We use only (team@pastaebst.com and info@pastaebst.com to send the payment link);3.- The user completes the payment;4.- The Company confirms receipt of payment and proceeds with order processing and delivery.

2. DELIVERY COMMITMENT

After payment confirmation, the Company commits to deliver the ordered product within the timeframe communicated in the email or direct correspondence with the user.

3. REFUNDS (GENERAL RULE)

Refunds are available only before the product has been shipped.Refund conditions based on timing:If the refund is requested 7 or more days before the shipment date100% refundIf the refund is requested up to 2 days before the shipment date50% refundIf the shipment has already been completedno refund is availableOnce the product has been successfully delivered to the customer, no refunds will be issued.

4. REFUNDS (DELIVERY FAILURE)

A 100% refund will be issued in the following case:If the Company fails to deliver the product within the timeframe communicated to the user.Refunds will be processed:To the same payment method used for the original transaction;Without exceptions;Within 14 days from the date the refund request is approved.Refund requests must be submitted via email using the contacts provided below.

5. EXCLUSIVE T-SHIRTS (IMPORTANT)

Some products are marked as exclusive and are created manually by artists.Each exclusive T-shirt is unique;Designs may vary from previews or examples shown on the platform;Minor differences in design, color, or details are normal and expected;For exclusive products:Refunds based on design differences or expectations will not be accepted;If a refund is approved before shipment, it may be limited to 50% of the order value due to production and artistic work already performed.

6. PAYMENT METHOD RULES

Fiat PaymentsProcessed via Revolut Bank;Refunds are issued only to the same bank account or card used for payment.Crypto PaymentsProcessed via Dream Finance OÜ;Refunds are issued only to the same wallet address from which the payment was received;Refunds may be subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks;If the payment cannot be processed due to AML restrictions imposed by service providers, the user will be notified.

7. NO THIRD-PARTY REFUNDS

Refunds will NOT be issued:To a different card, account, or wallet than the original payment source;To third parties.

8. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment, users will receive confirmation that:Payment has been received;The order is being processed;Estimated delivery timing.

9. LIMITATION (MVP STAGE)

This Refund Policy applies only to the current MVP ordering model.Future versions of the platform may include:Automated store checkoutAdditional refund conditions (e.g., returns, exchanges)These will be governed by updated policies.
